Most 9,000–11,000 lb 2-post lifts require at least 4″ to 4.25″ of 3,000 PSI concrete and a 220V single-phase 30A breaker. Many 8,500–9,500 lb 4-post storage lifts run on standard 110V household outlets and can even be rolled around your garage on an included caster kit without anchoring.

Because packaged car lifts are 14–16 feet long, standard LTL liftgates alone cannot lower the full steel cradle unless paired with an offloading solution or terminal pickup.
