Garage Equip Pro (garageequippro.shop) is a U.S.-based automotive equipment dealer headquartered at 509 Hyland Ave, Ames, Iowa 50014, United States, proudly serving home garages and commercial auto shops across all 50 states. Our focus is simple: offer high-quality vehicle lifts and shop equipment without the hassle, backed by real U.S. phone and email support (contact@garageequippro.shop), transparent pricing, and fast nationwide freight shipping.

Yes. We work directly with authorized U.S. manufacturers and distributors including AMGO, Katool, Triumph, Tuxedo, Daytona Lifts, Atlas, iDEAL, and Launch so every lift ships factory-direct with its full manufacturer structural and hydraulic warranty.

We ship from 42+ U.S. distribution warehouses and regional freight hubs nationwide — including Iowa, Illinois, Texas, California, New Jersey, Florida, Ohio, Utah, and Washington. You can choose commercial delivery, residential freight with liftgate, or Free Warehouse Pickup to save on shipping.

We only collect sales tax where required by state nexus laws. Most U.S. orders are sales-tax free, helping keep your total delivered lift cost hundreds of dollars lower than big-box retailers.

Most 9,000–11,000 lb 2-post lifts require at least 4″ to 4.25″ of 3,000 PSI concrete and a 220V single-phase 30A breaker. Many 8,500–9,500 lb 4-post storage lifts run on standard 110V household outlets and can even be rolled around your garage on an included caster kit without anchoring.

Because packaged car lifts are 14–16 feet long, standard LTL liftgates alone cannot lower the full steel cradle unless paired with an offloading solution or terminal pickup. Many residential buyers choose Free Regional Warehouse Pickup (they load your open trailer or pickup bed with a forklift for free!) or coordinate a local rollback tow truck / forklift at delivery.
